DELIVERY
UK Delivery - You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days, First Class, via the Royal Mail, from the date of your order confirmation.
For deliveries to other destinations, please contact us prior to placing your order....at
All orders will be confirmed by E-Mail.
If by any chance the item you ordered is out of stock, we would give you the options of either, choosing an alternative, waiting for your item to become available or accepting a refund.
RETURNS
To comply with the distance selling regulations, we will give you clear information on the goods and services offered to you.
Once your items are delivered, you have a 7 day cooling off period, during which you have the choice to change your mind. If you decide to return your order, you will receive a full refund for the value of the items.
Please Note.. Goods returned must be in the same condition as when dispatched to you..ie in re-saleable condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
The cost of the return postage remains the responsibility of the customer.
Alternately you are welcome to return items to our Retail Store in Bridgend
